Exclusion Criteria for Terminal Outputs

Terminal outputs are intended to reflect RDRS-compliant data that meets defined standards for completeness, traceability, and quality. Records that do not meet these standards may be temporarily excluded from terminal outputs until the underlying issues are resolved.

Missing or Incomplete Required Fields

Records may be excluded when required fields for a given product type are missing, malformed, internally contradictory, or otherwise unusable for calculation or comparison (for example, non-positive limits or premiums).

Failed Statistical or Qualitative Checks

Records may be excluded when policy- or asset-level fields fail established statistical or qualitative checks and cannot be validated back to source documentation. This includes cross-field consistency failures such as mismatched term dates, implausible combinations of structure and limits, or conflicting values across documents.

RoL Outliers Pending Validation

RoL values classified as Mild, Moderate, or Extreme outliers are excluded from terminal outputs until they complete the outlier validation workflow. Records remain excluded when automated validation cannot confirm relevant inputs and manual review has not yet resolved the discrepancy.

Insufficient Evidence or Traceability Gaps

Records may be excluded when source documentation is missing, inaccessible, or insufficient to support the captured values, or when conflicting documentation cannot be reconciled to a single evidence-backed representation.

Unverified External Entities

Broker or brokerage records that appear suspicious and cannot be verified through documentation or external sources are excluded until verification is completed.

Invalid Policy–Asset–Term Associations

Records are excluded when the linkage between policy, asset, and policy term is incomplete, inconsistent, duplicated, or otherwise unable to represent a single unique (policy × asset × term) association.

Stale or Unavailable Enrichment Inputs

Where third-party enrichment is required (such as hazard status), records may be excluded when enrichment inputs are unavailable, fail validation checks, or are not sufficiently current to meet terminal standards.
